My Story
My Story
Hello! My name is Jamaal Williams, also known as BIG Paypa. I am the Founder of Relese One Teach One, and the CEO of the Federal Nightmarez podcast. I was born in Oakland, but raised in Arkansas. I have always had a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in his community.
After experiencing my own struggles with mental health issues in federal prison, I decided to start this nonprofit in order to raise awareness and provide support for those facing similar challenges. Through my podcast, Federal Nightmarez, I aim to create a safe space for open and honest conversations about mental health, while also offering resources and guidance for those in need.
With a strong dedication to making a difference, I am forging a movement to assist people with mental health issues and break the stigma surrounding mental health. Through my work, I hope to inspire others to seek help, speak out, and prioritize their well-being. I also hope to be a beacon of hope and support for those in need.
