Our mission is to assist formerly incarcerated individuals in rebuilding their lives, restoring their family structures, and creating a pathway to financial independence. Hello! My name is Jamaal Williams, also known as BIG Paypa. I am the Founder of Release One Teach One, and the CEO of the Federal Nightmarez podcast. I was born in Oakland, but raised in Arkansas. I have always had a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in my community.
We provide job training, placement, and partnerships with local businesses to ensure gainful employment for formerly incarcerated individuals.
Through seminars and one-on-one coaching, we teach the fundamentals of budgeting, saving, and investing to promote financial independence.
Our mental health services and family workshops help restore lives, and reunite families and restore the support systems vital for a successful transition.
We offer credit-building tools and counseling, helping participants repair damaged credit and create a solid financial foundation.
